This is a great technique which I want to try as it really sounds easier and comfortable to use. I’ll let you know if it works!

    • Hi Elizabeth,

Also what is great about this techniques is that you don’t have to meditate for 30 minutes to get results…I love it because you can use it anytime throughout your day and it takes a few minutes. Thanks for stopping by my blog and have a beautiful day!

Meditation along with NLP is so good for the SOUL!

It makes so much sense to re-LIVE that special moment you hold dear because it’s already recorded in your mind in a memorable way.

There’s no sense of urgency more so just BEING :)

Thank you for this great visualization tip Melanie & Nathalie!!

    • Hello Miriam,

I just got back from walking my doggies and I get in a meditative state and I look up at the sky a lot. For me looking up at the sky watching the clouds and the shapes they take takes me back to great memories as a little girl. It’s a great state to be reminded as for me, it represent simplicity and freedom to think and freedom to use our imagination. I’m glad you liked the video… I will do an interview with melanie and she explains it in details.

  4. Hi Nathalie, Great Post! Thanks for sharing this video and info on NLP. I have a friend who is a practioner of NLP and he really helped me to learn how to use this technique along with meditation to achieve what I want to accomplish in life. I use NLP to stay focused and positive and it has really helped me to achieve my goals.

  5. Really enjoyed this post Nathalie. I’ve struggled with attempts to meditate, even though I do understand the value. I just have a problem getting my mind to calm down and focus. Which I guess means it’s something I should work on ….

  6. I have enjoyed this so much Nathalie! Many people think that meditation takes hours, but actually it doesn’t. I meditate and incorporation NLP in my life. I’m a walking talking NLP and meditative gal. It does work! My mind is clear at any moment. The funny thing is that the more you do it, the more it becomes part of your life and like you said above, walking your dogs, and looking at the clouds can get you to another place…a place of peace.
I just love following your blog!
