I want to share a few tips to help you grow your facebook group and have it become an engaging place for on social media and offer you and your members the amazing experience of groups online.

Here are 7 tips to grow your group:

• Prepare well: Choose the name of your group well.  As much as possible, use keywords so that you can be found when people search for something specific on facebook search. A catchy name is also important because it will stick in people’s mind when they want to return or when they want to invite friends to join your group

• Be Dedicated: It’s important that once you have created your group, you return daily and share tons of great content. Be engaging, enlightening, educational…Listen well to how your members are responding to your posts and give your members what they come to your group for. This will open the way for them to share and engage in return.

• Invite First: I don’t know about you but I don’t like to be added to a group without an invitation. When you through a dinner party, you don’t get in your car and just grab your guests without warning! Same thing here… send a nice invitation and “They Will Come”

• Engage Daily: You will want to engage daily with your group. Make sure you prepare your updates in advance. Life does happen and sometimes we just can get to do all the tasks on our list. If you have something prepared in advance it will make it easier for you.

• Have a contest or a promotion: Creating promotions will make things fun on your group and it will help  bring new members to your group. There are so many things you can do and make sure you announce it loud and clear!

• Keep your group spam free: Facebook is a great place to build a group but as we all know, there are a lot of spammers out there. It’s important that you monitor your group so it remains a safe environment for your members. People don’t like to see a bunch of links and spam and no engaging threads. Ask a few of your founding members to help you keep your group spam free and make a few of them admins.

As you create your group and it starts to grow, you will notice that things evolve and there are many opportunities to tweak things. As long as you stay true to the mission and initial message of your group, it’s a good idea to stay open to changes. A facebook group of 1000 members and more becomes a community of like minded people and it has to reflect the ideas of the group as a whole. Make sure that as a leader, you listen well to your members as they will guide you and tell you what new trends to fallow in social media and beyond.

You never know where your social media journey will take you. The sky is the limit and if you truly listen to your heart and you are out there to help and connect with people… you can achieve A N Y T H I N G!!!

I decided to share this great project and also get involved as I will be creating a painting or pastel(not sure yet) and we will auction it to raise money for this project. How to Play…

The game is played by 2-6 players and can be enjoyed by anyone of just about any age from older children up. You can even play the card game independently using one of the four decks of cards. How cool is that!!!

I was on a the phone with Jessi Jordan the order day and at one point I shared with her that I was multitasking and I though that was a nuisance for me. What she said to me truly inspired me to write this post and make a video and share this with you…

That is something we hear a lot about and multitasking truly get’s a bad rap! But what if we make too much of a big deal about it and that we truly just need to fallow our gut and do the things we love while being fully present! Maybe multitasking is actually a great skill you can develop!

I think that where multitasking becomes a negative thing is when we do an action and our mind is somewhere else. That to me is different then multitasking. Being in the moment when we do the things we love can only get us to grow and achieve wonderful things and actions.

Think about it…how many things can you juggle at once while having your mind occupied with all kinds of worries and negative thoughts? Quite a few…and this is where the dangers of not being productive and letting stress creep into our body starts. This is when you start feeling like you have not accomplished anything and we blame it on multitasking.

In contrast, if you have a few projects going on and they interconnect within the day but your mind and focus in 100% in the present moment, fully engaging in what you do, that is powerful. You get your tasks done allowing the time which feels right to YOU for each projects or situation… that kind of multitasking is awesome in my book!

There is a delicate balance we must keep in all area on our life. Knowing where our priorities and core beliefs
are will make a big difference….Just take the time to find out what these core beliefs are and you will continue to be GREAT at everything that you do. Multitasking included!

I am sure you have been there… You joined a  new business and you have just received your products. You say to yourself, I will start when I get results!

You’ve been on the product for 3 weeks and you have good results, you say to yourself…hmmm, I’ll wait til I’m less busy at work…

My Vision Board

If you don’t speak from your heart, who will fallow your beat? If you have no vision and goals, Who will fallow your lead? If you have no-self-confidence, who will share your words?

To speak from your heart, get your proofs, do your due-diligence and align yourself with a product or service that’s GOLD! Something you know in your heart people want and need…

To get clarity, a vision and set goals that are attainable, – PLAN – Study what successful people have done to get there…especially leaders, people in your organisation and your up line. You have the same products and tool!

To have more self-confidence, read books daily, listen to audio-books while walking the dog, in your car daily. Look inwards and fix whatever you think needs to be fixed and be ready to take 100% responsibility for your failures so you can take 100% responsibility for YOUR success!

Surround yourself with reminders and images of the thinks you want in your life and also reminders of the things you already have so you can be grateful and joyful. My vision board is a great way for me to have clarity and the right mindset so I remain positive even when life throws you a speed bump.

I just received my copy of “The Slight Edge”, made it to page 18 yesterday and already I wanted to talk about it. On page 12 there is a graph which I’ll share below. When I saw that graph and read it…I was like, Oh, This is already looking REALLY great! Sometimes you just get that great feeling about a book.

The Slight Edge by Jeff Olsen was recommended to me by my good friend and business partner Vicki Berry. A few months ago, we were on the telephone and shared a few book and audio course we had read and taken. When Vicki mentioned The Slight Edge and spoke to me about what this book has done for her, I meant to get it right away.

Why I waited…not sure but I know that we all have choices to make daily. Some are big choice, some are little choice but nonetheless, I believe it is that series of daily choices which determine success, happiness and fulfillment.

We all have choices…The key is to know “what do you want” so these choices become clearer and more

I got the new revised edition and there are tons of stories about people literally turned their whole life around by applying The Slight Edge principals.

Toady was going to be an “OFF DAY” …that’s what I call it when I have to tend to an emergency or a sick child. But I always try to make the best out of these times.

The News…

Yesterday my son came home from school and said to me; “Mom. I fell in gym class today and my wrist really hurts”. My son never complains so I knew something was up.

First Look

I took him to the doctor right away but we were too late to see the orthopedist doctor so the clinic immobilized his hand and plan to get x-rays early this morning.

Visiting The Doctors Office Again…

Even if we were ready to see the doctor at 8:00 AM this morning…you know like me that a visit at a specialist clinic is always a half day affair… but the important thing was to get to the bottom of the problem and get a diagnostic…

Diagnostic:

diagnostic: fractured wrist…but on a good note… no surgery needed. Gabe is disappointed because his tennis team will have to do without him for a while but what can we do.

I am always thankful to be able to be here and take my children to doctors appointments and to drive them back and forth from their activities. I understand how difficult it is to juggle and find time to do that when both parents have jobs and cannot be present as much as they would like too.

In any situation case I believe that the most important thing about having a disrupted day is to make the best out of it. Even-though I only had half a day, I still made a list of the most important activities on my list and I did my best!

5 tips to have a productive day even when broken bones (or emergencies) happen…

• Take the time to look at your agenda and re-organize calls the best you can before you leave.
• Stay calm and positive even when dealing with stressful situations
• Bring a book with you. It helps with your mindset
• Don’t try to jam your agenda trying to accomplish all the tasks you missed
• If you missed a call, let people know what happened…People understand

Whatever you do…Don’t text or use your cell and drive!

I’d love to tell you a story about 3 leadership lessons

I learned from an Olympic gold medalist.

Her name is Sylvie Bernier and she won a gold

medal in 1984 at the Los Angeles summer Olympic

game.

The similarities between winning an Olympic gold medal are so similar to reaching the top level in your Network Marketing company or even to reaching higher levels of happiness in your life!

Here are the 3 lessons I learned

1) Always believe that you can achieve more.

There are a lot of untapped potential within us! Often, we think that we have reach our limits when in fact, there are plenty of energy and strength left inside of us.

2) Be prepared to take action more then anyone else

We are often scared to bother people by talking about what we are passionate about. That’s is so far from the truth and we create barriers for ourselves out of nothing!

The most liberating of all thoughts is “disregard” or “dis-concern” for what other people think of us…

“We tend to believe others think about us far more then they actually do” … Act As If And Go As Though…and believe in what your heart is telling you…not the negative words of others.

3) Be passionate about what you do everyday!

You have to be FIRED UP! If there is a doubt in your mind about the integrity of your company or any suspicions that you are not at the right place at the right time…take some time to revisit your why.

Your initial purpose and the message you are willing to bring to the world has to be one hundred percent REAL! If for some reasons you have lost your excitement about your company, your products or it’s mission… Reach out and continue your search until it’s undeniably clear in your mind that you going to succeed and give your ALL!

Do you believe that people come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime?

When you know which one it is you usually know what do do for that person.

What is interesting to know is that when someone comes into your life, it is usually to fulfill a need you have expressed. They appear in your life to help you solve a problem or assist you go through a difficulty and often provide you with guidance and support.

Then usually without warning and quite suddenly that person will disappear from your life. This could leave you hurt and questioning about what we did wrong. All you can do is assess it for what it’s worth, don’t take it personally and know when it’s time to move on.

We should never feel responsible for someone leaving.  They made their choice. For me it means that you have already placed other requests into the universe and ask for some other people to come into your life.

In a way it as a lot to do with the delicate balance our  living harmoniously and with purpose. In a sense we  know consciously or unconsciously what or who we need in to be in our life. If you are building a team or a group, people will come and people will leave… Just accept that, focus on your goals and things will place and shape themselves.

The people you attract in your life may bring you an experience of peace, or make you laugh. They may introduce you to new routines and techniques or new opportunities and make you grow. They will bring unbelievable amount of joy to your life Believe it, it is real! But only for a time — they move on.

As for people that are in your life for a lifetime…cherish them…love them and tell them every chance you get!
